Jocelyn Rose provides both Counselling and Coaching from her private practice. The two types of work are similar but have some very important differences. Here is an analogy to help explain them:

• Counselling helps you to understand and come to terms with your past. It can also provide you with support to contain and move out of a crisis situation. It teaches you how to release yourself from habitual patterns of existence which are often taught to you by people that did not know or understand your personal style.

• Coaching is about moving you from where you are in your life, to the life you wish to create for yourself, by providing you with tools and support as you take steps to action. It helps you traverse the gap between where you are now and where you want to go. The total focus is on you moving forward, unleashing your individual potential, using practical tools and self knowledge. This is not new age hype. It is simply about identifying the unique tastebuds that we all have and then learning how to eat what fulfills you. Jocelyn teaches you individually, in accordance with your passions, yearnings and needs. Jocelyn recognizes the depth and breadth of your own unique style and helps you to claim and initiate the truth of it.
